Battery life is poor.it does track your suitcases well if you replace the batteries

I was worried about how effective it would be given that it is via Bluetooth, but I am very happy with it so far. The biggest drawback is that you can only track the tag with one phone, so two people can't track the same tag.

They are great when they work. You need Wifi for them to function or have an iPhone. Not everyone has an iPhone to help you locate your lost item so this can certainly limit the usage for the cost of them. I'm not impressed.

did not hold battery very long and location isnt super specific

It works if there is a clear view to it. I tried it in my car with it in the glovebox and it didnt work. I was going to use it to help find my car when parking in a ramp, but I guess that wont work.

The pack of 4 AirTags I purchased required new batteries upon opening and configuring. Otherwise I would rate the tags five stars.

The AirTag works as advertised - this was purchased for my wife’s keys. What is not widely advertised - since we have our own Apple Id’s, I can NOT see her keys. I am very disappointed with Apple for this. We are in a family.

If you are always looking for your dog or cat, this apple product is for you.

Great little item...I just bought it because i'm always misplacing my phone...so I just ask SIRI to locate it...works just fine !

As far as function it works great. They need to make the product a standalone product. Can believe you have to buy an accessory to actually make it useable. I don’t think it would’ve killed them to add a key ring hole.

took them 30 mins to come help me. the guy walked over he said he’d be back with the key then started dodging me. it was the simplest thing to grab too i don’t know why bro didn’t want to help me. air tags tho they tuff

Keeps losing signal. Disconnects from phone. Had to rename it according to Apple and it still disappeared from the app. Can’t rely on it for what it is intended for.

I bought this this AirTag open box but, because BestBuy didn't check to make sure it wasn't already paired to an existing account, I can't use it. It's impossible to unpair it, even with Apple Support. So...thanks, I guess?

Bought two air tags for a trip… only one worked properly… will have to return one when I return from our trip.

Was hoping it could be used to find my dog, but it rarely updates where I am at due to lack of iPhones. Guess I'll just put it on my keychain and hope it helps me in the future if I ever lose them.

Film might peel off if provoked, fingernails and sharp objects can temporarily dent protection. Directions for installing were mildly challenging

Lot's of online reviews showing how great it is. It uses Apple tech to let other phones help you find it. You can't actually find it until you are within 30 feet or so. The problem is if in a building or parking lot you will see generally where it is but you have to be pretty much on top of it to find it. I burned some old gift cards so didn't actually pay for it. Glad I didn't have to.

I ordered this 4 pack AirTag and have not received it yet even after 13 months. It still says it is with Fedex and is to be delivered soon. I called Best Buy multiple times and they are not able to track the location and where the item is. They said they will refund the amount and I have not received the amount even after 9 months of informing Best Buy about the non receipt of the ordered item. It is disappointing. Full refund back to the payment method is most fair, I could have taken a store credit too. No sign of anything. Be careful in purchasing items in Best Buy online.

These might have been nice if there was some way to attach them to the items I wanted to use them for. I bought a separate item to place each one in to attach to keys so I wouldn’t lose them but they were never delivered & Best Buy refused to refund my money or send them. So I have unusable AirTags.

This was a gift for my granddaughter. She keeps it attached to her keys. It's helped her to find her keys twice already.
