Not sure why anyone would buy this. I use it but for an extreme reason. There are much better solutions that are a little more costly but you can get pinpoint location from them. This thing is a waste of time. Seems that the development wasn't fully thought out or management just wanted to get it out in the market before a competitor's product. Whatever the reason, it's not a finished product.

This is our second AirTag. First one is over a year older and battery is still good. Only had this one a few months and it stated battery low soon after purchase. And of course, return period just ended before we went to research exchanging it.

It Does exactly what it says it does. No complaints.

Air tag s good to detect the location of my lost keys

The item comes in plastic bag, and doesn’t work. After spending considerable time it comes out that battery is expired, went ahead to purchase a new battery and then install it and then it works. Not worth it to spend money and time to save few bucks, not going to buy again from Best Buy

THIS SUCKS BECAUSE I DID NOT GET THE ITEM. I DONT KNOW WHAT BEST BUY’S ISSUE IS OR WAS IN GETTING IT TO ME. SO I CANCELLED THE ORDER. WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK

Love these! Super easy to hide in items that need to be tracked. Doesn't have LIVE tracking and isn't always immediate or up to date on the item. But it catches up.

Bough the four pack. One worked fine. Used other one two times and got notice battery was low?? Exchanged for brand new battery and within a few days was dead again. Tried other two airtags in pack and other two didn't work at all.

OK this is honestly the best thing ever because I lose my keys all the time. All you have to do is stick your Apple tag someplace on the device u lose all the time

Its akright fir close items but not industrial things

This does not track well. To be able to locate your item, you must be within 20 feet of it.

My apple air tag is ok for the proce. I wish the location would update quicker.

Recently misplaced my keys and forgot i purchased. Also very loud, which helped a lot. Also bought one for my mom dor whenever she misplaaces or looses her keys.

Your forced to buy a pack when the supply for a single wasn’t available

Decided to switch from the tile to the AirTag. AirTag consistently disconnects. I’ll get a notification on my phone that I left my keys at work when they are right in my hand. I put a new battery in and same results. Never had a problem with the Tile.

Only works if it is near another Apple device that it can relay the signal on.

Pretty useless in my opinion. Just tried it out for about the 5th time and useless each time. I keep it in my car and when I go into a store and park in a different parking area, I tested it out to find the car's location. This "device" and it's ultra wide band bluetooth signal is a waste of money in my opinion. I had to get within 20 feet in my house, or 15 feet outside the house for it to tell me which direction the tag was located in. Silliness. I cannot see it finding a lost dog (or anything else) unless you (or maybe someone else with an Apple phone) iswithin 15 feet of the dog's collar!

I purchased this AirTag to keep location for my 6year old. How ever there is a significant lag on this product and does not present in real time when in motion. There is typically an 8-20 minute lag when he is in moving in a vehicle.
