    Bought 2 airtags that weren't working, try changing the battery but nothing. Took it to Apple since with BestBuy I couldn't solve it

    Broke in less than a week of having it. I had it in my backpacks front pocket, i lost my backpack and wehn I tried to use it for the 1st time it was not working. Luckily a friend found it and when i looked for the tag it was broken, just pulled apart. Not even cracked.

    Very disappointed in Best Buy! I ordered a 4 pack of AirTags and received only a single AirTag. Mind you this was an open item but but in EXCELLENT condition! Now I have to go back to the store and look like a thief given that either someone at Best Buy took them or didn’t package them correctly. I will never purchase an OPEN ITEM again for BEST BUY!

    The air tag is awesome but if you don’t use passcodes on your phones it won’t work unless you set up a passcode. So it wasn’t for me. However, I gave it to Mr granddaughter and she loves it!
