    Returned. Not like I thought it would be 360 seams to be better and it’s just ok. Not sure why so many by unless they want better protection on other no Wi-Fi devices

    Best Buy's service was quite disappointing. I received a notification at 11:30 PM that a delivery was on its way, but without any prior communication, the order was returned because it couldn't be delivered. There was no attempt to contact me upon arrival. Moreover, why are deliveries being made at 11:30 PM on a Sunday night?

    Kind of ok ok and not pumped up on this one with Apple at that price. With few days the body is full of scratches, which is a letdown from Apple.

    My first purchase was canceled, so I bought another one, when picking up, the store gave me two items. I returned one right away and I was told that I would receive an email confirmation which I never did. I went back to the store and the person helping me said the best they could do was give me a customer service phone number. I don’t have the product nor my money.
