It has little value for it’s high price; it mentions 3 items and displays an image of 3 airtags that misleads including 3 but has only 1 item in the pack.

Not good. Stopped working after 2 days. Had to reopen n fix it

This device has a very limited use and very limited range. It is also dependent on your iPhone other iPhones being very near it in order to tell you where it might be.

Bought it to place in car for trip to Mexico and could not pair it with phone at all. Made multiple attempts and devise would not sink with phone. Because of Best buy poor refund service( not enough time to return) was not able to exchange device and im stuck with a useless piece of metal.

This apple product is in my opinion, a waist of money, poorly made and i threw mine away. Keep on loosing connectivity

Im an android user, was instructed by store rep that downloading an app i would be able to connect to android but was a complete headache. Although some android apps allow for connection, they dont work.

We lost it the same day it was purchased and can't find it a month later.

So far my product is working well. It helps me find items that I have misplaced.

Housing unit was detached. Don't know if airtag works. I will be returning. I bought as Open Box, excellent condition.

Very disappointed with this. Doesn’t show updated location in Find My on my iPhone. As of now, it’s in my car and shows as “Last seen a week ago” when I’ve been around the air tag multiple times with my Bluetooth connected. A waste of money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY!!!! I purchased an open box item in supposedly 'Excellent Condition' but all the airtags had low batteries. I tried to save a penny and planet and ended up spending more on replacing the batteries. Contacted BestBuy but there was nothing they can do to help. Dishonest about the condition of their products and provide no support! You lost my business!

I don’t think apple airtag works. We have been using them for keeping track of my dog.

Helps my parents in their old age to keep track of things

They kinda suck they work when they want and if your reception sucks they don’t work at all even if its one inch away from your phone

Good concept that won’t help you find your item in a real world situation. Only works if you are near the tag to begin with. It also depends on other Apple devices to work if it is left far away. For instance, if you attach it to your keys and accidentally drop them in a parking lot, you can only track it if there is an Apple device near by. I also had a friend place it somewhere in my house. Was not able to locate it without some hints from my friend. Definitely returning them ….

Did not find my keys probably defected and disnt ever return it

The Apple Air Tag is a horrible product. It is NOT a GPS system. You have to be with 40 feet of the device. If what I was looking for is with 40 feet, I would not need an Air Tag. Stupidest device ever made.

II had a little problem with opening the battery but once I got over that hurdle, the user experience has been great
