Customer service is a chariot that has canned responses regardless of the issue. It is insulting and I will never buy or order from Best Buy again. We put one on our keys, wallet, and our new puppy’s collar. They show up in FindMy and will make a noise to help locate. We clip one to our kid’s beltloop when we go to the zoo just in case. Its really worth the peace of mind.

Oh but if you never had one it does have a nice app feature where you can locate it in real time definitely check that out to know what I mean.
