    Another good Apple product. It serves its purpose, but the only negative is that you must also buy a holder for them otherwise they scratch very easily.

    So maybe i didnt choose the right product but i put this in my childs backpack only using it so i can track him when he leaves school and is on the bus on his way home. Also somi can make sure hes at school when he suppose to be. The GPS dont update as frequent as i would like. Ill track the bus when its late and itll show that hea still at the school 15 minutes away when in fact his bus arrive 1 minute later. I was gettign ready to drive to the school after the tag was showing he was still at school 30 minutes after school ended. Here i am about the drive to the school and then the school bus pull up literally with 2 minutes

    I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and with Best Buy. I bought an open-box AirTag that was labeled as being in "excellent condition," but when it arrived, it was still linked to someone else’s Apple ID. That means it was completely unusable, and Best Buy should never have resold it in this state. To make matters worse, I had to go through the hassle of returning it, and although I got my money back, I lost the Best Buy rewards certificate I used on the purchase. So not only did I waste my time and effort, I also lost part of the value of my purchase because Best Buy refuses to refund rewards certificates. This whole experience makes me feel like Best Buy has no quality control when it comes to open-box products and doesn’t care about the customer being stuck with the consequences. I trusted their "excellent condition" label, and it turned out to be a complete lie. Absolutely unacceptable. I will think twice before buying anything from Best Buy again.
