I owned a Tile previous to this and as much as I loved it for what it's used for, the battery would die on me every 4 months and support was a nightmare to deal with. Like it or not, Apple has great customer service and for $30 I've got a much better solution that works within the Apple walls. I'm not a big fan of lock-in ecosystems, but you can't deny that it's done well in Apple's case.

This is my first time getting one of these… it seems a little “extra” in my opinion but helpful for those that want more things (to loose).

This is a must for anyone struggling with finding their lost car keys like myself :) I have also used them to keep a track of my luggage while traveling by flight and it has incredible coverage thanks to Apple phone density. I have hidden one in my car and bike too :)
