I put this on my cats collar because she started going out the dog door. I noticed the tag just gave me the last surrounding area and not exact pin point.

My only issue is when I go into the app, sometimes the location hasn’t been updated for a couple hours, and I don’t see a way to manually refresh.

Apple's AirTag won't prevent such things from happening but they will give you a chance to recover the luggage by identifying their location. They are a miracle@!

Ok first generation product

However finding the device inside my home the range is weak compared to a Tile. Hopefully the next version will have stronger signal.

Nice but Lags

The Find My application is nice to be part of the phone but I find that it takes a while for the phone to locate the tag and has some real limitations regarding distance.
