These work great and give you peace of mind. I once left home without my wallet w/ AirTag at home unintentionally, and I was notified by the time I got to the end of my block. And finding lost keys is no challenge for this awesome device.

Really good product that of course seamlessly links with everything Apple. Doesn’t have a built in GPS so it shows you the location of anything when there’s another iPhone nearby. If you’re in crowded areas it’s not that much of an issue.

Received but unable to use. I thought they came on a key ring

Pretty cool product for the pricepoint, especially considering Apple. I like the ping device feature.

I bought the open box excellent AirTags. When I tried setting them up, two were dead. I went to buy new batteries for those two and one of the AirTags that were dead were already attached to another Apple ID. Customer support was not helpful at all throughout this whole process. I ended up reaching out to Apple for help because the Best Buy support was useless. Will not buy Apple products from Best Buy moving forward.

Not what I was expecting for in tend of adding aharing the airtag for my family 4 iPhones

Ok but I don’t have much use for it right now. Cool enough though. I may have to actually give it a real shot.

Just ok, it only lets you know where something is every 15 to 20 minutes, that sucks! So if you are tracking a backpack or an animal it will tell you where it is but be patient.

Product works but just sucked the battery was out on one of the items. Had to replace immediately

Had to return it because it was NOT android compatible that i could find. Would reccomend for Apple people

[Employee of bestbuy] Got this with the intention of keeping track of my stuff when I am away for it but it doesn’t ping for hours on end.

Not bad. I was hoping they had actual GPS capability but unfortunately the only way for you to be able to find your lost item is if it comes in contact with another apple device.

People were unreachable, and couldn’t help me with what I was looking for. It was almost like they were hiding.

Work as apple want it to work, just I don’t think everyone have an iPhone this days. So to get location you are at the mercy of other iPhones.

As some one that unfortunately is always loosing his keys, when apple announced this product i was exited. Although it works & looks great i’m unable to use it in my home. I have a house that’s about 3,000 sqft & when everyone’s home i’m able to easily track it because it connects with other iphones but when it’s only me it doesn’t work at all. It’s unable to connect, Only works 20 feet away from an iphone. I’m not even able to play sound. There’s no point in having this unless you are surrounded by iPhones.

Not impressed! The Tile is louder and can help you find your phone (like a reverse find). You really need an iPhone 11 or 12 to get the precise location helper to work. Picking up my wife’s AirTag when she put it in lost mode to test what happens if I happened to have found someone else’s, I had to take the Apple silicon case off my iPhone 11 Pro to get the NFC to work (something I don’t have to do when checking out at a store).

I thought I would like these better than my Tile, but having to purchase accessories to attach it to my keys is annoying. Plus, doesn’t have a button to find my phone.

Disappointed. Apple website says these have a range up to 1000 feet. The air tag on my car was not detectable when my car was 20 feet away under my deck and I was standing outside at the edge of the deck.

There were some delays in receiving the shipment. Updates were sent but could have been quicker and furthermore there was no explanation on why there were delays.
