Disappointing service

I received a notification at 11:30 PM that a delivery was on its way, but without any prior communication, the order was returned because it couldn't be delivered. There was no attempt to contact me upon arrival. Moreover, why are deliveries being made at 11:30 PM on a Sunday night?

I returned one right away and I was told that I would receive an email confirmation which I never did. I went back to the store and the person helping me said the best they could do was give me a customer service phone number. I don’t have the product nor my money.
