I have one of these on each of my dogs and they work well in town and not long distances. One of my dogs slipped the collar she was using in somewhere in my 1/2 acre yard and I was able to track it down using the app.

Apple has created an great tracking device that works with all my Apple products. It has provided the ability to find my keys, know where my pets are located especially when the dog walker takes them out.
