These work so well. I am notorious for leaving things behind when I leave home. Attach one of these or put it inside the object (purse or wallet) and before I get too far away I’m reminded I left it behind, or have a way to find it. I will be buying several more very soon!

Smaller than it looks in the photos, connects simply and quickly to my iPhone. Pinging it with the sound could be louder, but it's nice that it starts out quiet & gets louder. I have it in my work bag, if I'm close to it I can hear it from the inside. I don't have a phone that supports the precision find feature, so I wasn't able to test that out.

I bought these last minute as a Christmas gift strictly by reviews by owners of iPhones & Air Tags AND A GREAT DAILY DEAL". We are having some difficulty in mounting (attaching) for fabric jacket that has to get laundered & gets misplaced quite often & inconspicuously on an e-bike without being noticed of running the chance of falling off. I will update once the Air Tags are in use.

This definitely comes in handy when you’re traveling. It gives the exact location real time of your luggage. You can also use this to keep track of your kids or your pet.

I didn't know these don't work with Samsung. I wish there was a way to have these universal.

I’ve now been using Apple’s trackers for over a month and while I’m impressed with the technical capabilities of them, I’ve yet to find a compelling reason to buy them. Unless you’re constantly losing stuff in your house.
This is actually pretty reasonable, but here we bump into one of the first issues with the AirTags: you need a key ring to get the most use out of them.
Yep, there’s no way to easily attach an AirTag to anything without an accessory. There’s no hole or anything similar in the device, despite this being totally possible.
There’s no way this is anything but a business tactic.
While the AirTags themselves are reasonably priced, the cheapest Apple brand key ring for the trackers will start at $30 each. Of course, there are less expensive 3rd party options — as well as a thriving 3D-printing community — but you can bet this is a huge money-maker for the Cupertino company.
I love the idea of them and think they’re well designed, but I just don’t use them much. In fact, it’s been a couple of weeks since I opened the Find My app.
To be fair, I do feel protected on some level by having them attached to my keys. That peace of mind by itself is almost worth the $60 or so one and a key ring would cost.
But do I believe I could easily find my keys if I did lose them? Not really. But it is better than nothing. And maybe that’s the core of the issue with the AirTags: they’re better than nothing, but not much more than that.
Honestly, these things have an incredible amount of potential, but outside of finding stuff in your home, their use case is limited.
In many ways, this is how I’ve felt about a lot of first generation Apple products. The iPad, Apple TV, and Apple Watch all left me slightly cold and confused at the start, but evolved into truly fantastic bits of hardware that towered above their peers.
And I have no doubt the AirTags will take a similar trajectory — they’re just not there yet.

I have several airtags for various uses and they work great! The only complaint I have is that I can't share access to common items with someone else, like my wife. We have an airtag on our dog's collar and our TV remote, and it would be super nice if we could both locate the tags rather than having to choose just one of us.

These are soo useful to be able to find things. Can't recommend them enough. If you lose your keys or even luggage, just get on the app and you can easily fit the item.

I got the air tag to track my dog, she had gotten lost a couple of weeks prior, I am able to see exactly where she is, gives me a great sense of ease that I know where she is whenever I need.

It's an apple tag. The price went up per tag recently which I would think Apple would lower the cost since they have more users to spread the costs but assuming they didn't have the foresight to be cost effective with their scalability at the time of the product inception. It works well. Wish they wouldn't exclude the use of OSX for these.
