Customer service is a chariot that has canned responses regardless of the issue. It is insulting and I will never buy or order from Best Buy again. Peace of mind

I prefer them over Tile products for this very reason. I do wish their alert sound was just a touch louder but they’re worth it for the peace of mind they provide.

Perfect family gift at Christmas. Sixty dollars after coupons. I purchased the air tag holders on Amazon as the Apple version is way too expensive.

Very load to locate when it makes a sound. The metal gets easily scratch so maybe that can be improved by Apple but it does the job for locating what you need.
