Sadly they are only proprietary for apple devices and are a bit more expensive than the competition. Would recommend if you are an iPhone user

Where I used them the most was when we checked our luggage. We were able to see that the luggage was near the plane or on the plane. Same for when we were waiting for the luggage to come out to us. Highly recommend for this use case alone.
