The volume could be louder when attempting to locate the lost content, and the ability to secure it to a keychain does require an additional keychain purchase. In all, v1 of this product lineup is good, but certainly has room for improvements.

For the fourth or fifth time, FedEx failed to deliver the package on the scheduled day and tried to blame me for their incompetence. On the tracking, they entered "Customer not available or Business closed" for the reason they didn't deliver on the scheduled day. I am not a business, and I have Ring video footage to prove that FedEx did not even drive by my house on that day, much less try to deliver the package. Best Buy needs to drop FedEx and stick with UPS.

The longest update on location I’ve seen so far is 7 min. Having a newer iPhone comes in handy for the tracking, but still works great with older models.

The only downside is once you’re 30 feet away or more, the device will disconnect and only show the last known location! But that’s to be expected since it’s Bluetooth, other than that works great! Updates the location Everytime I use the “Find My” app
