DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX DEAL. If you buy an open box deal your betting the person who returned it removed it from there apple ID. if they didnt there is no way to use it and you must return it to best buy. I was on the Phone with Apple for 2 hrs trying to get my open box deal to work.

Love these! Super easy to hide in items that need to be tracked. Doesn't have LIVE tracking and isn't always immediate or up to date on the item. But it catches up.

I have other Apple products which I love but the AirTag isn’t one of them. Got it for my daughter’s field trip but it wouldn’t show me her recent location. Wouldn’t update the location for about 30-45 minutes. All settings were as they should be.

OK this is honestly the best thing ever because I lose my keys all the time. All you have to do is stick your Apple tag someplace on the device u lose all the time

Recently misplaced my keys and forgot i purchased. Also very loud, which helped a lot. Also bought one for my mom dor whenever she misplaaces or looses her keys.

They don’t update on find my app often. They don’t match the description of capabilities it claims under description on any site including Apples website. Supposed to be used for gpa and tracking devices but was told by Apple that’s not what they are meant for…. Just make sure you do your research to make sure these are right for you

I am having to return this item. fully aware that this item was an open box purchase, but I have to return it because it’s linked to someone else’s apple ID and I can’t use the product. slightly frustrating best buy did not fully inspect this used item before allowing someone to purchase it.

Not very useful for me. Does not work with iPhone 11 or older for any distance past twenty yards.

It is ok, was hoping for more accuracy, as I wanted to locate my spouse in department stores.

Works for what it is made to do. - 1 star as this could have been more equipped to mount on its own rather than buy accessories. Also, due to the fact it notifies someone if traveling along with them, it may undermine theft tracking if it lets the thief know an airtag is traveling with them.

Very disappointed! No way to attach this to anything unless I buy another item to put the AirTag into. It does not fit well in a billfold with no coin compartment. And worst of all, the chime from it is so low, it is nearly impossible to hear and there is no way to turn up the volume.

Samsung Smart Tags are better! No key chain ring, Apple makes you buy the holder for $30 extra!

Thought these were fully safe but they ping off any iPhone nearby so could be an issue.

I like this but sometimes it says it doesn’t have connection. Not really sure why

Works the same as other tag finders. Only plus is that it’s connected better with my iPhone.
