It is not acutely it tells you it is close but it’s. It only shows me it location when I’m at home do not recommend

Not impressed at all. Not user friendly. You can only attach to one phone and it is not easy to transfer them. Should be easy, but it is not. I feel like it should of been better executed since it is an apple product.

This was terrible I ordered this for a present and it never came I kept checking and it says it was processing I’m mad

Honestly its build quality is fine, but its just oversized and to low of volume. Tile is a far supeior product to me.

Apple needs to do a firmware to where multiple people can track the location of a single tracker. It’s not on par to compete with the tile yet. But the precision tracking has a slight edge over the tile.

Going to return. Another mistake for an Apple product. You can't set this up from your APPLE laptop, you have to own an iPhone or an iPad.

Needs to be a recall on this item. It caused my iPhone to shut down for 2 weeks. I could not get the phone to work. I never did get the device to connect. I had to pay to get my phone fixed.

I have always used android. I had a free week so tried it out for amusement. Will never buy or try out an Apple product again

Does not track like it says it does. I followed ever video all instructions and it does not work

Put it back in the box...the directions were illegible.. wouldn't connect to any device.. basically a $50 piece of tin... worthless!

Wasnt able to keep track of my items during this moving process due to it being disabled by another iPhone user. Had I known I wouldn't have made the purchase

Not accurate. Tag doesn't give correct location..

Wanted to work to find a wondering cat. Doesn’t connect and was a waste of money for what I wanted it for. Guess I didn’t understand it correctly.

Not worth it. Would tell me it couldn’t find what I had it on when it was right next to me.

I was sold the item without the item being in the package. Tried talking to manage and was told to just contact Apple. They was so rude.

Have to replace battery after 47 days. Dont purchase from Best buy. They wont help you.
