Doesn’t allow family sharing.

For some reason apple only allows 1 Apple ID to ping the device even if they are on the same family sharing plan. My wife and I can ping each other’s phones apple watches etc in the find my app but pinging each other’s air tags is not allowed. If apple changes this limitation then I will buy more. But until then they don’t work for families.

I always had problems in tracking. I would say it would be better if they improve the quality of tracking.

They worked well for a few months but lately, some of them start showing problems. Out of five active items one will show empty battery even though it has a new one in place. Another airtag will not localize on “Find Me” app in real time

Just okay - needs work

No geo-fencing - will not alert if you leave it behind. Something I've done a few time with my day pack. This one is important. Not elevation aware. I have a two story home. To test, I left my keys upstairs. The find my app points in the right direction in a 2-D perspective. Not as important, but kinda disappointing
