Easy to set up and great way to keep tack of keys.

I bought this this AirTag open box but, because BestBuy didn't check to make sure it wasn't already paired to an existing account, I can't use it. It's impossible to unpair it, even with Apple Support. So...thanks, I guess?

Bought this as a gift not sure how well it works..

The AirTag is excellent product by Apple. However, using Find My iPhone is falls short. Unlike iPhones the Air Tag CANNOT be shared with other users. This makes it use limited. Have brough my issue to Apple and hopefully they will correct the problem.

I purchased it to track my 8 year old son if he is on his way after school because our home is 3 blocks away from his school. It does give accurate updates right away like GPS so it didn’t work, I ended up returning it.

I won’t bash this product, but what I will say is that it’s cheaply made. I get that it’s only $29 but even with the apple brand key ring. the front and the back of the airtag looks like i drug it against the concrete. it does help me find my keys tho

I ordered Apple AirTags from Best Buy as a Christmas present, but they never arrived. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they said they couldn’t ship a replacement without charging me again because they hadn’t received the “return” yet — despite the fact that I never returned anything! This was clearly an issue on their end, but they refused to take responsibility. It’s incredibly frustrating to trust a retailer with a holiday purchase, only to have it go missing and then be told I’d have to pay again to fix their mistake. While I’ve heard good things about Apple AirTags, my experience with Best Buy has been a nightmare. It took nearly a week to have the funds returned due to their error. Absurd.

Doesn't work very well. Depends on people around you having an Apple device so it can utilize the network. Hasn't sensed when it's been forgotten and doesn't track location well.

This was recommend by many people to work for tracking my kids when at Disney. So I purchased them but I returned them once I discovered that the air tags wouldn't work with my Google phone despite being told by a best buy representative that they would work.

So far so good in tracking but hopefully battery will last. It would be nice if you CAN NOT disable the tracking if someone found it but that is not how it’s internet use is. Its only for yourself to track lost items and not prevent lost.

These AirTags are pretty easy to get up and running. It's Apple product to Apple product, though, so if you've got anything else this won't work.

AirTags work as promised but 1 of the three that I activated is already showing low battery after 1 month. That’s not acceptable and I hope Apple exchanges or replaces the battery.

Doesn’t function like you think shows location every 30-45 min. Work constantly if not connected to a Wi-Fi network for some odd reason.

These might have been nice if there was some way to attach them to the items I wanted to use them for. I bought a separate item to place each one in to attach to keys so I wouldn’t lose them but they were never delivered & Best Buy refused to refund my money or send them. So I have unusable AirTags.

These come in handy most of the time although would be even better if tracking had a wider coverage area. Would recommend for certain situations.

While it took longer to set up than anticipated. I had to reset it several times to recognize our account/wifi/bluetooth. Now that it is working we are happy with it and a nice tool to help keep an eye on items that could get lost.

these work.. but they are thicker than the Tile products and cause a bump in your wallet or added girth to you glasses case.

I bought this on May 6th, 2021 and had a hard time getting it to pair to my phone. Once I did it was ok for about 3 days and then acted like it was never paired to my phone. Reset it and re-paired it to my phone. Again after a few days same issue, except this time it took multiple times resetting it and attempts to pair before it would work. Happened again, replaced the battery, same issue and now telling me to make sure my Bluetooth was on and in range. Contacted Apple and went through their troubleshooting with them and was told I’d need to bring it in or send it in for repair. Ok I understand it’s inexpensive and all, but the repair charge is darn near the cost of just getting a new one. This is after owning it for six weeks (June 18, 2021). So not impressed.

Not quite what I was sold on. I was told this tag would be tracked on the phone within feet, but it is not that accurate. Also does not seem to work well or at all if it is moving (like my kids backpack or pet's collar.
