Apple AirTag works most of the time depending on the strength of connection. So if there’s not any strong signal around to help read the tag you are out of luck. Even my house, the AirTag doesn’t read it until I’m 5 ft away.

Issues with working on cellular to track items. Works great on wi fi every once in awhile location jumps even thou item hasn't moved.

Never worked these AirTags are trash. I got them for tracking my kids in Disney world but the AirTag never worked at all. I called apple support but they said the 70% of the AirTags have problems and they don’t work. Best Buy only gave me 18 days return period and now it’s gone. I lost the money, please don’t hesitate to purchase AirTags.

This product has only a 30 foot range. What is the point? If it's 30 feet away, pretty sure I can find it myself eventually. I'm rating it 3 stars because it is as advertised, I should have paid closer attention to the details.

I was worried about how effective it would be given that it is via Bluetooth, but I am very happy with it so far. The biggest drawback is that you can only track the tag with one phone, so two people can't track the same tag.

I ordered this 4 pack AirTag and have not received it yet even after 13 months. It still says it is with Fedex and is to be delivered soon. I called Best Buy multiple times and they are not able to track the location and where the item is. They said they will refund the amount and I have not received the amount even after 9 months of informing Best Buy about the non receipt of the ordered item. It is disappointing. Full refund back to the payment method is most fair, I could have taken a store credit too. No sign of anything. Be careful in purchasing items in Best Buy online.

The pack of 4 AirTags I purchased required new batteries upon opening and configuring. Otherwise I would rate the tags five stars.

They are great when they work. You need Wifi for them to function or have an iPhone. Not everyone has an iPhone to help you locate your lost item so this can certainly limit the usage for the cost of them. I'm not impressed.

It works if there is a clear view to it. I tried it in my car with it in the glovebox and it didnt work. I was going to use it to help find my car when parking in a ramp, but I guess that wont work.

Great little item...I just bought it because i'm always misplacing my phone...so I just ask SIRI to locate it...works just fine !

The AirTag works as advertised - this was purchased for my wife’s keys. What is not widely advertised - since we have our own Apple Id’s, I can NOT see her keys. I am very disappointed with Apple for this. We are in a family.

Bought two air tags for a trip… only one worked properly… will have to return one when I return from our trip.

As far as function it works great. They need to make the product a standalone product. Can believe you have to buy an accessory to actually make it useable. I don’t think it would’ve killed them to add a key ring hole.

Keeps losing signal. Disconnects from phone. Had to rename it according to Apple and it still disappeared from the app. Can’t rely on it for what it is intended for.

Was hoping it could be used to find my dog, but it rarely updates where I am at due to lack of iPhones. Guess I'll just put it on my keychain and hope it helps me in the future if I ever lose them.

Film might peel off if provoked, fingernails and sharp objects can temporarily dent protection. Directions for installing were mildly challenging

Was good at first but once you change the battery does not work as well

This was a gift for my granddaughter. She keeps it attached to her keys. It's helped her to find her keys twice already.

I received the AirTags on January 4, 2024. I installed them on January 10, 2024. It is now January 17, 2024 and I am in Mexico and one of the AirTags batteries are already dead. Absolutely ridiculous because I can't do a thing about it until I get back home. Battery should last more than a week!!
