satisfied with my order plus free apple TV+ for 3 months.

The apple tags did not work. I purchased them for my luggage for a cruise and they did not show my luggage. I can't recommend them. I also purchased 2 packs and one pack needed batteries before i used them because one of the tags did not work.

It is a helpful tool, but for some reason the accuracy of it's origin point is not so accurate. You have to continuously refresh the device to get location.

no problem the only thing is that the lid pops off easily but hard to put back on

Do not buy these from Best Buy. One of the four didn’t work and they won’t replace it without having all four. Such a crock

I bought this to track my pet when I let it roam around my yard. But it doesn't work in a way that lends itself to this purpose because you need to be within 50 feet of the pet to get detailed location data. Otherwise you're walking around aimlessly hoping you'll get close enough to pick up a signal.

Product came as expected. However, checked invoice and was charged for shipping. Went to store to return if shipping was not going to be taken off, as ad stated free shipping. Resolved and now pleased.

Used these to help keep track of my john deere commercial mower. As with any new technology (cell phone, gps, etc) some people are supposedly using them for nafarious reasons (stalking), so Apple put out an update making them fairly useless for tracking thieves because they can sound off and let the thief know they have a tracker. Would not have purchased them had i know apple was going to send out an update making them useless for my original intention.

Little costly for a set of 4 but does the job and easy to pair with Iphone.

I lost mine at work, it still shows it’s there but find my app can’t locate it :(

I wish they worked faster. I can be a mile down the road before I get notified I left something behind. But the do work.

I wish I could give half a star. I placed this online order online came in two hours only to have young lady tell me the “pickers” haven’t picked it up. When asked whether or not I could pick it up and walk it to the register she said I would have to cancel the order “myself” through app. I walked to the back of the Valley Stream location in order to purchase and then cancel. I was ignored and the young lady that helped prior walking around telling people she is on break and can’t help them.

Great product to keep up with kids and know where expensive belongings are

One of the air tags in the package was defective and Best Buy would not replace it.

Not my favorite. I got this because its suppose to work anywhere. If its not used for a while it beeps at you and battery dies.

Definitely wasn’t what I expected it to be. There are better tracking devices. Wouldn’t buy again.

Doesn’t show my items when I am not near them. I thought this “privately” pinged other apple products but I still haven’t seen that work.
