Not a Finished Product

I use it but for an extreme reason. There are much better solutions that are a little more costly but you can get pinpoint location from them. This thing is a waste of time. Seems that the development wasn't fully thought out or management just wanted to get it out in the market before a competitor's product. Whatever the reason, it's not a finished product.

Not worth it to buy used item from Best Buy

After spending considerable time it comes out that battery is expired, went ahead to purchase a new battery and then install it and then it works. Not worth it to spend money and time to save few bucks, not going to buy again from Best Buy

Battery life poor on this one!

First one is over a year older and battery is still good. Only had this one a few months and it stated battery low soon after purchase. And of course, return period just ended before we went to research exchanging it.

Disconnecting issues

AirTag consistently disconnects. I’ll get a notification on my phone that I left my keys at work when they are right in my hand. I put a new battery in and same results. Never had a problem with the Tile.
