Was told by employee that the Apple Air Tag could work with an Android phone. Have not been able to get it to work!!!!! Really disturbing !!!!!! Went to the Apple store and they were not at all helpful !!!! Apple is so proprietary they make me sick !!!!!! I need to find something for someone who keeps loosing their belongings !!! i will return to your store for suggestions or an exchange !!!

Sometimes I’m able to track, but not very reliable.

I am having to return this item. fully aware that this item was an open box purchase, but I have to return it because it’s linked to someone else’s apple ID and I can’t use the product. slightly frustrating best buy did not fully inspect this used item before allowing someone to purchase it.

Works for what it is made to do. - 1 star as this could have been more equipped to mount on its own rather than buy accessories. Also, due to the fact it notifies someone if traveling along with them, it may undermine theft tracking if it lets the thief know an airtag is traveling with them.

Not very useful for me. Does not work with iPhone 11 or older for any distance past twenty yards.

Does as its designed to do but a little vague on operating instructions.

It is ok, was hoping for more accuracy, as I wanted to locate my spouse in department stores.

The Apple air tags were purchased to keep track of dogs and a car. They have worked excellently. There have been no issues in activating them.

I could never figure out how to pair this to my iPhone. It wanted two factor security and I couldn’t figure that out with my phone. I do have a iPhone 14 now so probably should try it again.

Very disappointed! No way to attach this to anything unless I buy another item to put the AirTag into. It does not fit well in a billfold with no coin compartment. And worst of all, the chime from it is so low, it is nearly impossible to hear and there is no way to turn up the volume.

One of the air tags had a dead battery so I had to buy a new one immediately. The information is not as specific as I’d expected regarding my luggage location and once the information was incorrect.

Perfect for my mother who loses everything! Also you can find great accessories to put in your wallet, hang to a purse, etc. Highly recommend!

Very cool technology. I purchased a 4 pack for my father. He keeps them on random items, which is exactly what he needed. Highly recommend.

Thought these were fully safe but they ping off any iPhone nearby so could be an issue.

Samsung Smart Tags are better! No key chain ring, Apple makes you buy the holder for $30 extra!

I use these AirTags on my dogs and cat. It doesn't give an exact location, but I can track them if they wander off my property (it's 1 acre.)

I like this but sometimes it says it doesn’t have connection. Not really sure why

Tag came inoperable, the average consumer would have went into a rage, panic, or headed to the nearest Best Buy to return. I stayed calm replaced the battery and it has worked seamlessly. I’ll continue to monitor before the return window closes.

I have a habit of misplacing my keys around the house this works great to locate them quickly in the find my app, the sound is loud enough to help find them but not crazy annoying my only knock against this is that it isn’t very wallet friendly and is bulky in a bifold or trifold wallet
