Made multiple attempts and devise would not sink with phone. Because of Best buy poor refund service( not enough time to return) was not able to exchange device and im stuck with a useless piece of metal.

Doesn’t show updated location in Find My on my iPhone. As of now, it’s in my car and shows as “Last seen a week ago” when I’ve been around the air tag multiple times with my Bluetooth connected. A waste of money.

I purchased an open box item in supposedly 'Excellent Condition' but all the airtags had low batteries. I tried to save a penny and planet and ended up spending more on replacing the batteries. Contacted BestBuy but there was nothing they can do to help. Dishonest about the condition of their products and provide no support! You lost my business!

You have to be with 40 feet of the device. If what I was looking for is with 40 feet, I would not need an Air Tag. Stupidest device ever made.

Only works if you are near the tag to begin with. It also depends on other Apple devices to work if it is left far away. For instance, if you attach it to your keys and accidentally drop them in a parking lot, you can only track it if there is an Apple device near by. I also had a friend place it somewhere in my house. Was not able to locate it without some hints from my friend. Definitely returning them ….
