My dog has one on his collar, I’ve got one in my wallet, placed one in my car. I have one for my items when on the go . I might leave something unattended.

It pairs quite easily when I place the AirTag next to my phone. I tried the “Find My” feature (“Hide and Seek”) and holy-hot-dog it is accurate and becomes more detailed the closer you are to the AirTag—my understanding is this feature is available on certain iPhones (unsure of models). The only complaint is the speaker being soft for my preference…but if you’re able to ping it to play a sound, you should be able to locate it with your phone. I highly recommend just purchasing the 4-pack than individual purchases to save on money.
