I was very pleased with my item. The setup was easy as well as pickup.

These apple air tags are easy to set up on an iphone, and they do a fair job of tracking our cats, but they do have a lag time associated with that. Apple does not recommend using them to track pets; so it wouldn't be fair to rate them down for that use. I do wish that the sound they make was louder, and also that the directions to the location of the lost item were better. One of our cats lost his collar with attached airtag, and we could not locate it using the directions and sound, even though it indicated that it was close by on our property. I haven't tried attaching an airtag to keys or a suitcase; so I don't know if a search for items like those would be any more successful than trying to find our cat's lost collar, especially if they are lost outside, but I think that many people who use them to find their keys or to track their luggage find them useful.

I ordered one before this, but it couldn’t find a signal even if it was sitting right next to me waving! Now I’ve got the Apple AirTag—works like magic. I’m so happy with it, I’d buy it again and tell everyone I know (and even strangers) to get one too!

It works as intended and battery lasts long and its very small so you can leave it anywhere!

Good quality of a product, that can help save your luggage or whatever. Excellent service from the staff at Best Buy. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and they knew exactly how to explain the product.

This is a great product for my dogs. I have one who likes to escape and it’s easy to track her down or play a sound to make her come home.

Purchased these to help a family member track keys, phone, and wallet, but they can only link to one Apple account, so designate one person/account to help them keep track of items. Quick In-store pick up. The 4-pack was a good value. Easy to synchronize. They have already been put to use finding "lost" items.

It’s very useful to travel with children. Helps me a lot when I’m travelling with my daughter to keep track of everything I have.

Excellent product that has so many uses - pet collars, children (or their backpacks), keys, purses/wallet, luggage, leave one in car, bikes, etc., etc. So easy to sync to phone. Super convenient to use.

I bought it and realized right after leaving the store that I needed a loop to hold the tag. At $29.00 I passed and bought a perfectly good substitute from Amazon. Shame on you Apple. It was super easy to set up and when tested it found my keys right away. I thankfully haven’t had a loss situation. It is better than having to stick the tag on something like the competition.

Helpful items strongly recommended useful great service

This is my second set of trackers. I now have eight trackers. We we recently traveled, I placed on in our luggage, carrry-on, wife’s pocketbook and our backpacks. We had peace of mind knowing our items were traveling with us on the planes and ship.

Love these little dudes. Perfect for campers new trucks to pull campers and just not losing stuff Love they are small and batteries not replacing them just add new battery so last ones you have to buy!!!!!

I got this for my toddler when we went a his first vacation on a cruise. It's easy to use, convenient and fairly priced!

I lose almost everything so having these on both mine and my wife’s keys makes it so easy to find them when running late
