If there was a discount on my product the next few days I always got a refund with absolutely no problems!

Hard to change batteries

Only works with iPhones

Unfortunately, like most Apple products, their use is locked to the Apple platforms (though as bluetooth devices they should work on Android too). Apple could sell a ton more if they would make them platform agnostic, but they choose not to.
