So if something leaves your yard and goes aroynd the corner you wont be able to locate it. You need to be within about 100 feet of the item missing to locate it.

Have them on car remotes as those are always getting lost and the cost to replace car key fobs is worth having an air tag - especially with teenage drivers.

You can attach it to a key ring (specifically designed to hold the air tag…sold separately!). You can also slide it into a wallet, however it is the thickness of about 3 Quarters (coins) and if your wallet can sustain that, then you can use it for that! I have used it to attach to my Apple Remote using Velcro however I don’t know if that’s a permanent solution.

I gave it 4 stars instead of five because I heard the battery may only last 6 months instead of the advertised 1 year. I’m sure the batteries are cheap so not a deal breaker
