It wouldnt work at all then decided to work back to not working i bought these new i havent gotten an answer to why or what is going on why they work when they want or why i am not able to track my stuff down…. But if they worked as they are supposed to i would ansolutely love them

As someone who is usually a first adopter for Apple products I was definitely underwhelmed with this first version of the AirTag. At first out of the box it worked as advertised upon syncing, but then the next week it no longer continued to work as well. I had hoped to use this on my dog`s collar to ensure she stayed in the yard when outside, but after that first day every time I opened the app it just stated “Connected. Signal is weak. Try moving to a different location.” to which moving did not assist in the issue. I attempted this over the course of two weeks with it working maybe 5% of the time to which I then had my wife sync the AirTag to her account and she received the same result each time over the course of a week as I did. After a month of trying and numerous troubleshooting I opted to just return the product and hope that the next version will work better.

Amazing, I don't know how I've gone so long without having one of these.

The Paper White display is amazing and performs exactly as described; however, the UI performance is very sluggish and is very slow to respond to your touch (compared to modern touch screen phones). I often have a difficult time waking up the device having to press the wake button several times or having to restart the device. I bought this brand new in 2020 and gave my 2014 Kindle Paper White to my wife and I noticed that the Kindle Paper White UI performance is about the same speed. Despite the slow response of touch and slow UI, I’d still recommend this device as it is very light, durable and easy to use (just very slow!).

Apple products are amazing as always. This is super helpful given this connects without the internet.
