They work well however, one of the caps came off and the battery fell out strange that it would do that. I snapped it back together and it’s working well.

Worked well for her without issues. I had purchased one a year ago and it routinely disconnected from my phone/account so was way too inconsistent to be useful. Common problem when you research them on line. Bought a “rock insect” competitor (5 of them) that work on the Apple “find my” platform flawlessly. Go with the little black disc instead.
