I put one each on my keys, another in my new leather wallet which also has a round slot for an AirTag. I put 2 more AirTags in my truck; 1 alarm normal and I removed the speaker on the 2nd one of the AirTags to silence it in case of theft, so I could track my vehicle and the sound would not alert any potential thief, even if they found the one with the speaker. Apple should have an on/off switch for this or a silent mode option.

It came out just in time for the travel problems we seem to be having this year. this is definitely an item that you will need and use.

These were a Mother’s Day gift so far haven’t had to use the location app yet, thank goodness. But have done some test runs and it’s pretty accurate.
