Hard to hear!

Main complaint is that the "chirp" alert that the device makes is so faint you'll never hear it. The phone does vibrate though, when it is near the device.

Now she doesn't have to worry about losing it in the future since she always carries her phone with her. It works amazingly in flights to see if your luggage made it with you. Amazing product and hope to buy more for other family members and pets!
