I put one in every checked bag and in my carry-on. I knew where my bags were at any given time. It gave me peace of mind. If you’re at the fence whether you’re buying them or not, just buy them. You won’t regret it.

Let us keep tabs on our dog when he was with a sitter (the sitter requested it just in case he got loose). We’ve been using for a week so don’t know about long term reliability or battery life yet. But for now it gets full marks.
