The box was torn up and the Airtag was already paired to another Apple device. I had to do a reset and then found out the battery was already drained so I also had to replace the battery. You are betting off buying brand new only.

My apple phone will take me right to my keys as long as I don't misplace my phone, but then my Apple Watch will find my phone so I can find my keys!
