Great Product / Terrible In-store Experience

Apple eco-system is strong with all products. In-store experience at Best Buy was terrible. I literally saw 5+ employees standing around, while I waited for more than 10 minutes for help to simply get the product handed to me.

Very useful item to keep track of things

These new ones are for the grandchildren's backpacks.

Good features

Especially my daughter who is always losing things. I did a comparison with the Tile, and these seemed to have better features. Good distance and I was notified when my wife was away from the Air Tag , she had put in her purse. She left it at home.
