Setup is extremely simple. Just bring the AirTag close to your iPhone and it pairs instantly. The integration with the Find My app is seamless and intuitive. The precision finding feature is the real game changer (if you have a compatible iPhone). Being able to see direction and distance when looking for something inside the house saves time and frustration. The built-in speaker is loud enough to hear from another room. For travel, they give real peace of mind. Tracking luggage in airports works very well thanks to Apple’s network of devices. Location updates are accurate and consistent. Battery life is great — it uses a replaceable CR2032 battery that lasts about a year, which is convenient. Limitations? They are clearly designed for Apple users. If you’re not in the Apple ecosystem, this isn’t the product for you. Also, you need to buy accessories separately if you want to attach them to keys or bags. Overall: if you live in the Apple ecosystem and tend to misplace things (or travel often), the 4-pack is worth it. Practical, reliable, and low-maintenance.

I bought an open box airtag hoping to save a few bucks, unfortunately, I can see it wasn't just opened, but returned for being defective. The airtag cannot be added to my items as it doesn't send a bluetooth signal at all to be properly set up. Now I have to go back in person to return.

Didn’t work was not the same serial number of the product that the purchase order, equal already associated to another account so I’m not availed to use it

I got this as a way to track my dog if something happens, once you get about 20 feet away, you cannot track the location like you can on iPhones, I do not recommend this item

I've held off getting Air Tags because I never really thought they would be that useful. I was wrong. First off, they are very easy to set up. Basically, set your iPhone next to the tag and then pull a thin strip of "plastic" to enable the battery. The Air Tag connects automatically. I can now track the location of whatever I placed the Air Tag in (ex. car, backpack, etc.). Periodically when you get close to an Air Tag with an iPhone, you'll hear it chirp or ping. It's really faint but that is one indicator that a tag is nearby. I can easily use the "Find My" app on either my iPhone or Mac to locate where the Air Tag is located. One thing to realize, the Air Tag does NOT move on the Find My map like an iPhone does. The Air Tag reports its location at a certain interval when an iPhone comes in the vicinity of the tag. So at best you get an approximate location. If you've lost something, go to that approximate location and then enable the location sound to close in on the tag.

Best option in it's class. Pricey and shipping was very late.
