I replace the battery & it worked. I am surprise BestBuy sent an item without checking if it worked. I only saved $4 by buying a return item. This is the 3rd BestBuy purchase I have a problem with & thinking of not buying from this store. The other 2 times was dealing with the delivery service (USPS) & BestBuy cancelling my items without notifying me. Do Better!!!

When j try to check out, the clerk charges $24.99. “Manager on duty” comes and refuses to change me the price advertised in the store, stating “we have to go by the online price instead. Maybe we didn’t update our in-store price tags”.

Do not buy Open Box products!!!

I chose the Open Box option because it was in the “Excellent” condition described on the website, but when I received the delivery today, March 13, 2025, I found that only 3 of the 4 units worked, and that none of them had the seal on the battery.
