I purchased this to attach to my dogs collar. She is a pup and so far not an escape artist however she is an athletic breed so this gives me some peace of mind. It works well with the ap. Beyond tracking pets I can think of many uses for an air tag. Purses, luggage, keys, etc. what a great product! An improvement would be the addition of an audible alert similar to pinging your phone from your watch. Maybe this would not be absolutely necessary but convenient if buried in luggage or backpack?

Love the air tags. My real purpose in buying them is to have them in the pockets of my husband and my grandson in case they stray off when we go to Universal Studios. Lost my husband one time there when he took a wrong turn coming back to us. That was scarey. He can’t manipulate a smart phone, so using the air tag, if he will just stand still, I can find him. My husband has panic disorder, so getting lost causes him to panic. I have my Air Tag on my keys in my purse. That way, I can find my keys AND my purse.

Very useful for tracking, have put them in bags to make sure we know where they are, and they work well
