I returned one right away and I was told that I would receive an email confirmation which I never did. I went back to the store and the person helping me said the best they could do was give me a customer service phone number. I don’t have the product nor my money.

I have since had to go replace all of these with Tile’s. Since there is zero point to air tags that support criminals getting away.
