Range seems poor in the house but if the apple tag is in range of any iphone it will update its location. Definitely makes it easier to find lost items.

Useless for my purpose. Hung off dog’s collar to keep track of her outdoors, but wouldn’t catch the Bluetooth signal unless I was within 30-40 feet. Might work better in a crowded area where it had many I-phones close together, but not useful in woods or even a suburban neighborhood.

Purchased one of these in used - excellent condition. Usually I have zero issues with gently-used items from Best Buy, but this one is a dud. I’ve tried resetting it, it won’t even make a sound. No, I will not go buy another battery just to test it out, I shouldn’t have to buy a battery when it’s supposed to be in “excellent” condition.

Work well with apple products but does not signal the phone like the tile. The tile has a function that can ping your phone but the AirTag does not

Don’t work as expected bough in order to not lose my autistic brother in the stores or when we go out but I these AirTags don’t work

This thing never worked. Pure trash. It was a waste of my money. I will pick one up at Apple.

Put on the bags that in my mom’s car. She was out has an iPhone with WiFi and Bluetooth on. It took 45 minutes to find. Not what I was told they would do. Would auto update if I was in car but why would I want to know where something is if only update if I am near item.

It works only when an iphone is near. Location sometimes takes hours to show location.

I prefer tile brand over this. You can hear the tile better than this.

I wish it didn’t tell my boyfriend I was tracking him and help him find it sheesh

Was a little disappointed that the battery didn’t last very long, needed replacement battery twice in one year….

I ordered nine originally, there’s only 7 that would pair so im not sure about that. Also they are a bit weak for an apple product.

On (so far) at least one unit the battery life has proven very bad...first batter lasted 8 months, brand new, fresh replacement lasted 2 months.

It was bought to give as a gift. So I can’t rate it. I thought it was a good idea to put in a car or golf bag. Even a wallet or your keys.

I had higher expectations. Can’t track the AirPod unless you’re literally within like 20ft of it/the item it’s on, defeats the purpose.

Haven’t even owned them 30 days and the battery is dead in one and the batteries in the other 3 are lower then should be too. Biggest waste of money. Can’t bring back to store for help. Have to jump through what apple tells you to do. Extremely frustrating. I wish i NEVER bought them.

The AirTags will not track a lost item as I thought. It is not like a GPS or location tracking. If I lose the item it is attached to, it will not track it unless someone with an Iphone with location settings on is close by. This is not helpful at all.

Doesn't work. Had to return it. I can't link it to my Apple account because it was linked to the former user.
