    NICE WAY TO KEEP TRACK OF PETS. You can only use them on one phone. That is a downside to the product. We did have one that quit working and still haven't figured out why.

    The product works fine but Best Buy delivery is terrible. It came really late for mother’s day. It took 7 days for local delivery. I am not going to buy anything from Best Buy. The reason, I bought it from Best Buy is to save a few dollars but it is not worth it.
