love these things. Obviously had to get the 4 pack as the cost made these so much cheaper than buying individually. Setup is as easy as any apple product. I use on my car keys and also my dogs collar.

You might want to get a keychain or somethjng similar as well for whatever you want to track.

As advertised. It's a little quieter sound when you try to locate it, but the directionals and distance shown on the phone when looking for it are pretty impressive. Best Buy was faster shipping than directly from Apple. Props.

So, the AirTags are a cool product. I've purchased them before and I was simply restocking my supply on this order. I do wish they had a smaller or flatter form factor, but otherwise, work as expected. This is one of those reviews that is barely related directly to the product, but perhaps more to the vendor. I purchased these as an Open Box item. They were advertised as in excellent condition, and a bit of a discount. What could go wrong? Well, I received these, and while sitting on my nightstand, my phone got alerted that I had a new AirPod to activate. So, it turns out, every single one of these four AirPods had the battery protector/activator removed. When they are new, this keeps them from being activated, and also saves the battery life. -I promptly pulled all the batteries out of them. So, does this mean that some other individual has activated these on their phone and now can locate where these ended up? ---Buyer beware, and I ask the Vendor to provide better inspection and description to what the details are for "Open Box"

So useful as we are new to the area. I used it to my daughter because one time she got off on a wrong bus stop.
