Always pleased! I’ve even been told by staff that has worked at other Best Buy stores that they like Norman better. Management and/or supervisors must be great people to work for. It’s obvious the staff is happy! I am not exaggerating!

Less agony with lost items

My wife dropped her wallet in a store a few weeks ago and it was turned in .... but not after a little agony. These new AirTags will make life a little easier. Easy to set-up as well.

Now I know where my keys are! I found the price a little steep. overall is a useful product if one forgets where I left my keys.

I only wish Apple had a similar product that was intended for smaller things around the house that regularly get lost. The sound beep on these is not easy to access and not very loud. There should be ringer accessible from the watch. I have one on my water bottle but it doesn’t help knowing it’s at my home address in a big house.
