And exactly what is/was the cost to replace it? I have an Audi, and I can tell you the cost is in excess of $800. I really don't like the prospect of buying another fob. So, I spent considerably less buying four Apple AirTags. Future problems solved.

Use these so you can find your luggage!

The next time we flew we were able to see where our bags were the entire time we were traveling and we knew they were on the plane with us.

You connect the Apple AirTag to your Apple iPhone and your iPhone will alert you when it detects your device the tag is attached to is “left behind” with an approximate address. Be sure to order an Apple AirTag case to place the Apple AirTag inside of prior to use. It’s great for keys, luggage, bags, etc.

I put one in my jacket pocket so I'll stop losing them!

Great for Travel!

It provided a great sense of relief to know where our bags were throughout the trip, and made it super quick and easy to locate them at baggage claim! The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that the Tag in my daughter's bag did not update timely for some reason (she was a nervous wreck)... but her bag made it along with ours so all was well with the world!

Put me at great ease. Also use on dog collars in case they run off. Works greats, would recommend

The year-long ilfe-span of the battery is not bad when considering the constant—albeit small—power draw of Bluetooth connectivity. Overall, AirTags are well-built, utilitarian devices, that find themselves at home within the Apple ecosystem.
