I have traveled a fair bit, but I have not had the unfortunate experience of losing my luggage to this point (I know, karma is coming now). I've read a number of stories where travelers have lost their luggage and been able to use these to retrieve their bags after some detective work on their Apple device. My only quibble about it is that I don't easily see a way to tell what the battery levels are. I'd hate for me to be traveling and I can't determine where my luggage since the battery died after getting on the plane. I'm sure this is more my ignorance, than anything else. Apple being Apple, that would have been a user friendly feature to have added to such a life saver. Maybe the AirTag 2.0 will have something added to assist with battery life.

Saved my dog from sudden death

My dog got out and three coyotes were in circling her. Due to this technology, I got my dog before the coyotes attacked her. Even killing her.
