One out of the package of 4 would not connect to the phone. Tried to exchange one for one AirTag which the store would not do. I had to return all 4. Went home unpaired the 3 tags and returned them for a credit. Customer service could perhaps do a little remediation “out of normal” to accommodate the customer. Ended up ordering the pack from the Apple Store, all work great!

Along with everyone else this travel season, these went in my luggage. We were able to easily track it as we moved around the airport. It was great to know that we can do that without having to log into the airline's tracking site, which was useless!

That’s why I gave 4 stars. But finding my car in the parking lot… that was 5 stars!!

I've been wanting to put one discreetly on my bike after my brother had an incident where his vehicle was stolen and he happened to have a bag with an Airtag in the back. He was able to get his car back along with his stuff after sharing the info with the police.
