I bought it for my dad because he is getting very forgetful. I would have given 5 stars but my dad has an iPhone 8. So unless you have an iPhone 11 or iPhone 12 or later, the tag shows up on your iPhone as “it’s in the house.” So you still have to hunt it down. With the iPhone 11 and 12 it will tell you, “turn left, walk 3 feet, turn right, walk one foot, and there it is”. My dad needs to upgrade his phone.

We didn't really have any issues that we lost our luggage. But we did try to see where our luggage was at times and it worked well.
