Very convenient, easy to use and set up, plenty of 3rd party accessories to use it with, and perfect for anyone traveling who doesn’t trust airlines (which should be most of us).

I already had several Tiles from Best Buy including ‘Key Smart’ but was curious how Apple performed. The Apple Rep that consults 1 day per week at my location happened to be there so I went over to ask him as I’m traveling in April. I was delighted to discover that this will perform better for lost luggage and did not hesitate in purchasing. The price is not anymore/less than Tile.

Literally tells you in ft measurement where it is if you lose it. You got to have this if you are an iPhone user .

It will help generally locate an item. I thought it might help track my toddler in the park during events, but it hasn't worked out for that. I think it would also be good to drop into suitcases that you are planning to check with airline. Maybe similar if you check an expensive coat or bag frequently.

It’s a good tracker, I’ve only used it in Bluetooth range cause I haven’t lost my briefcase yet (knock on wood). When tracking it accurate and precise. It just makes me feel better to know I can find my lost items

This Apple Air Tag works like a charm and will come in handy when I travel to Europe. For now I have it on my key chain but will put it in my checked bag when I fly.
