I own these and bought a pair for my son because he keeps breaking his when he puts earpods in his pocket. I got him these because he can wrap the cord up around in a square box to carry in his pocket. Although they cost more than the $5-$10 ones I normally buy I'm -- remember that is because he breaks earpods about weekly!!! -- I thought these might last him longer than a month. Well, expectations were premature, his cat chewed the cord while he was sleeping and he had not put them away before going to bed! I won't buy him another pair because he isn't responsible to take care of any earpods, cheap or nice quality. But, this is by no means a reflection on this product. I believe if one takes the time to wrap up the cord and take carw of their belongings, these should last a lifetime. I still own my first pods since the original iPod came out! Buy them, enjoy them...just don't give them to a teen boy (nor his cat!)

Despite the pricing, good quality, clear sound, interesting fit in the ear.

Whenever I buy official apple products in this case ear pods they work perfectly. When I buy off brands there s a fifty per cent chance they work. I am totally satisfied with the ear pods. The sales person made the sale on the busiest sale day of the year and I was in and out of the mall store in only a few minutes.

Great design and sound when new. But very fragile, so can be broken easily if stepped on.

When I lost my headphones a few days ago I decided to order them online from Best Buy. It was literally the best decision ever. They were the same thing as the one I received when I first bought my iPhone. In case you guys were wondering the sound is great, and I can pick up calls and switch music through the buttons.

Great sound as expected. The only negative point I may mention here is the price, I think best buy should consider adjusting it to reflect the same price available one one of the major online retailers.

Get it while you can. Since Apple has phased out 3.5mm plugs from the iPhones, the accessories that would fit the older models are obsolete as well. Besides, they are much cheaper than the wireless ones.

Always a fine option for earbuds - certainly not the best and certainly not the worst, great microphone considering the price for this type of earbud range. Sound quality is overall quite good and fit in the ear is all right. Typically used for online meetings and phone calls.

I strictly buy Apple brand headphones as the off brand ones are cheap and do not last long. One interesting thing about these is you can wash them and they still work usually (after the first time that is) but perhaps it’s because they’ve been in jeans who knows. Excellent quality and reliability.

I spend a lot of time on conference calls every week, and these earbuds make it a LOT easier to hear the conversation. As I have gotten older, my hearing has declined. The fact that these earbuds fit directly into the ear canal makes them more effective than any others that I have tried. Well worth the money if you're on lots of calls.

I needed small headphones that have good mic. for Zoom meetings. 2 sales people swore it is the best of what they have available at the moment. Despite all of us have them with collection of our Iphones that were included, I got it just in case.
