I've been getting these Apple earpods for the past 3 years and I haven't had any problems. Getting the protection plan ensures that you can get them replaced if they tear or break accidentally.

These are the best earbuds you can buy except for the wireless version. My kids are always stealing them from me. So, I have to buy more.

Got these as a gift. They are basic ear buds. They work well and the sound is good. They do what they are suppose to, but nothing extra fancy.

The only thing I don't like is how expensive they are, but that's just what apple does. Other than that, these have a really nice quality. And I love the simple and clean design

I bought these because my last earphones had broken. They are Apple brand and are pretty good budget earphones if you are you looking for a pair.

I purchased earpods for my 13yr.old daughter, much to my surprise that they are great.. She said that the Earpods are great,and includes the built in mic! Great product for a great price!

these have good sound quality but when i use them at work they tend to go out in a few weeks because of the way they are made... i think it has to do with the end that plugs into the phone but other than that they are very good

I needed to replace my EarPods after being stolen while in the locker room. I did not like any other after trying several brands as I found that these Apple EarPods were simply the best.

Enjoyed the fit of the new design. Much improved bass response. Could have done a better job with the case. Hard to get wires in if not very careful. Overall better than the original I phone/pad headphones.

The only reason I buy the apple branded earbuds is because I know the microphone and controls will work with the iphone. If that's important to you then buy the apple branded earbuds.

I have had several pair of genuine Apple earbuds as well as the generic ones. I highly recommend the Apple earbuds as they deliver the best sound quality and do not hurt your ears.

With other ear buds and headphones, I cannot make out the lyrics of some songs; with these, I am rediscovering classics and FINALLY understanding the lyrics! And songs sound good even with my old ears.

I love these earbuds. They're better than some that cost much more. I bought the rubber container for mine that attaches to the belt loop. They have great sound

One of many I’ve bought as my kids seem to lose them often. These work great and have a comfortable shape that fits most ears.

Love my earbuds, use them for work and at home, perfect, except not cordless. I would love the new cordless buds, but $159 for those is way out of budget. These are great.

Overall they are the best fitting headphones I've ever had, but like any corded headset they are easy to snag and even though they look fine you can have issues with reduced quality after they get yanked a couple of times. Not the most durable ones I've used.

Going from another large name brand to these was a night and day difference! The sound with the apple buds is so much richer and clearer compared to other buds.
